Fred has been in law enforcement for a combined 36 years  and is currently a detective with Mesa PD. My wife Nancie has been a civilian with Mesa PD for 18 years. Between us, we have been involved with Mesa Peer Team for 15 years. We share the same heart for those within the "family" who may be struggling with various problems and need guidance or just a listening ear.
